When are orders handed over to the courier?

Orders are handed over to the relevant courier company within 24 hours by Eurogate Solution. However, delivery times may vary depending on the courier company, so we cannot guarantee final delivery times. Premium or express shipping options can be used for faster delivery.

Which courier companies do you work with?

For domestic shipments within Romania, we work with FAN Courier and DPD. Tracking numbers are automatically generated for all shipments and can be monitored in real time from your dashboard.

How can shipments be tracked?

All shipments can be tracked in real time via your dashboard. After orders are handed over to FAN or DPD, a tracking number is automatically generated and displayed in your panel. You can share this number with your customers.

How are international shipments handled?

Orders are handed over to courier within 24–48 hours, after which courier's international shipping process begins. Delivery times vary by country, and we do not provide delivery time guarantees. Real-time tracking is available via the dashboard.

How do marketplace integrations work?

The integration team provides full API-based synchronization with leading marketplaces such as eMag, Skroutz, Amazon, Allegro, and Shopify. As soon as an order is placed, it is transmitted to our warehouse, inventory levels are updated, and customers automatically receive shipment tracking information. Marketplace price updates and stock alert systems are also integrated.

Which marketplaces do you support?

We specialize in Amazon (EU marketplaces), Allegro (Poland), eMAG (Romania/Bulgaria), and Trendyol (Turkey).

Can you help with local language customer support?

Our Marketplace Management tier includes native-speaking support staff for all regions we cover, ensuring high seller ratings.

Can I connect my own e-commerce website (Shopify, WooCommerce)?

Our Bucharest warehouse operates with 24/7 security, climate control systems, and a modern WMS (Warehouse Management System) infrastructure. Inventory tracking, inbound and outbound management, and order picking processes are fully automated, with an error rate below 0.01%. FIFO/LIFO management and batch-level inventory control are supported.

Do you offer returns management (Reverse Logistics)?

Yes, returned products are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse, photographed, and recorded in the system. With your approval, they are either repackaged or returned to inventory. The entire process is reported through the dashboard. For international returns, we operate in compliance with courier's procedures.

Pricing varies depending on the services provided and customer requirements. Quotes are prepared for warehousing, packing, and shipping services, and prices are customized according to specific needs. Additionally, a commission is applied per sale based on the product category.

How is the packing fee applied?

Eurogate Solution applies a fixed packing fee per parcel, which is invoiced to our partner companies. The packing process is carried out quickly and systematically.

How is the warehousing fee calculated?

Warehousing fees are not fixed and are quoted based on your specific requirements. They may vary depending on storage capacity, product type, and storage duration.
